Multi-step forms

Breaking a long form into steps improves completion.

Enable steps

1. Turn on multi-step in Form Settings.
2. Add a Page Break field where each new step should begin.
3. Set step titles and custom Next/Previous button labels.
4. Choose a progress-bar style.

Branching

Set answer-based branching to skip a step or jump ahead (forward-only and loop-safe), so each visitor only sees the steps that apply. Partial entries can be captured between steps — see Submission management.
