Your role as site owner
When you collect form submissions with Auto Form Builder, you are the data controller. Submission data stays on your WordPress site in your database — Amora Digital (V.O.F.), KVK 99536811, Netherlands, does not receive or store your visitors' submission content.
Data minimization & privacy-first defaults
Auto Form Builder is designed to make no external calls by default. Optional integrations (AI, Slack, anonymous usage feedback) are off until you explicitly enable them.
AI processing (if enabled)
If you enable AI features, AIDA (operated by Auto Form CRM) and Anthropic process only the content you trigger for that specific action — for example a form description, submission text, or chat message. See autoformcrm.com/terms and autoformcrm.com/privacy.
Data subject requests
As the data controller, you are responsible for fulfilling access, rectification, and erasure requests from your form respondents. Auto Form Builder includes submission management and export tools to help you locate, review, and delete entries stored on your site.
