Shortcodes and blocks

Inside WordPress, there are three ways to place a form.

Shortcode

Copy the form’s shortcode from the Forms screen and paste it into any page or post.

Gutenberg block

In the block editor, add the Auto Form Builder block and pick your form from the dropdown — you’ll see a live preview, and it always renders the latest version.

Dashboard widget

A WordPress dashboard widget shows your forms, submission counts and recent entries at a glance.
