Emails not sending

If confirmation or notification emails don’t arrive, the cause is almost always WordPress email delivery, not the form.

Check these first

1. Confirm the email is enabled in Form Settings and the recipient address is correct.
2. Check the recipient’s spam folder.
3. Verify any conditional email rules aren’t skipping the message for the answers you tested.

The usual fix: SMTP

By default WordPress sends mail through the server’s PHP mailer, which often lands in spam or is blocked. Configuring SMTP for your site resolves this — it’s a standard WordPress requirement independent of Auto Form Builder.
